The Women in STEM Award grants Rs. 75,000 to women pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics, where female participation is low. Candidates are assessed on academic performance and interest in research. Awardees receive faculty mentorship, chances to assist in research projects, and encouragement to present at conferences, helping nurture the next generation of women researchers.
