Bachelor of Science

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) is the general science degree, taken with a combination of majors such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, Statistics or Environmental Science.

It is the standard route into scientific research and teaching in Nepal, and the usual base for M.Sc. study. Laboratory work runs through every year.

Duration and subject combinations differ between universities and campuses — Tribhuvan University now runs a four-year programme, while some other institutions still run three years — so confirm the structure with the college.
