Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology (BE IT) is a four-year engineering degree focused on information systems and infrastructure rather than on hardware design.
The course covers programming, databases, computer networks, server and cloud administration, information security and enterprise systems, with a final year engineering project.
Because it is an engineering degree, graduates can register with the Nepal Engineering Council, which BCA and BIT graduates cannot.
