Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), also written as Bachelor of Hospitality Management, is a four-year professional degree offered by hotel management colleges across Nepal.
Much of the course is practical: production kitchen, bakery, food and beverage service, housekeeping and front office, taught in training restaurants and kitchens. Every programme includes a long industrial training placement in a hotel, in Nepal or abroad.
It is one of the strongest degrees in Nepal for working overseas, since hospitality skills transfer directly to hotels, cruise lines and airlines.
